Treated patients · Owned and/or operated 16 clinics · Advised providers nationwide · Worked alongside Arizona law firms

Most people who work in personal injury know one side of it really well. I’ve had the unusual luck, and sometimes the headache, of working nearly every side. I’ve treated patients. I’ve owned and/or operated 16 multidisciplinary clinics offering chiropractic care, physical therapy, medical evaluations and interventional pain management. I’ve advised physicians and other providers nationwide on how to grow ethically. I’ve run provider operations, figured out how care gets paid for when patients can’t pay up front, and sat across the table from attorneys trying to make sense of a medical file.

That’s what I bring to this site: how all of those perspectives fit together, and an honest voice for the patient in the middle of it.

Story

From the treatment room to the founder’s chair

I started as a chiropractor, treating patients one visit at a time and learning what recovery really looks like week to week.

Over the years I went on to own and/or operate 16 multidisciplinary clinics, bringing chiropractic care, physical therapy, medical evaluations and interventional pain management together. Other providers started asking how I did it, so I founded a nationwide practice-management consulting company to help physicians and other providers grow ethically, run better operations and stay profitable. Some of it I got right the first time. A lot of it I learned by getting it wrong first.

Over time I kept seeing the same thing: good patients ending up with poor outcomes because treatment, documentation and communication broke down between the people who were supposed to be helping them. I built AZ Injury Doctors to fix that, coordinating care across a statewide network of independent providers.

What I bring

What 26 years teaches you

01

How recovery works, from years of treating patients myself.

02

How practices grow without burning out the people running them.

03

How the medical side connects to a case: treatment, documentation, specialists.

04

How provider networks run across a state as big as Arizona.

05

How care gets funded when injured patients can’t pay up front.

06

How attorneys think about a file, from decades of working alongside them.

07

How to lead a team across two countries, including our office in Mexico.

Why I share

Why I share what I know

“Most of the mistakes I see after an accident aren’t anyone’s fault. People just don’t know how the system works, and nobody takes the time to explain it. I learned it the hard way. If I can save someone a few of those lessons, that’s worth doing.”

Values

Authentic. Disciplined. Unafraid.

Those three words are on my logo because they’re the standard I try to hold myself to, and I don’t always hit it.

Authentic

I’ll tell you what I actually think, including when I’ve been wrong.

Disciplined

Doing the unglamorous work consistently, in a practice, a company or a family.

Unafraid

Saying the thing the industry would rather not say out loud, as long as it’s true and useful.

You’ll hear me talk about more than personal injury here: being a dad, relationships, my health, business mistakes and what it takes to keep growing this far into a career. Outside of work you’ll find me into fitness, motorsports, aviation and travel.
